Effective January 1, 2026
Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details, pickup information, and cancellation terms.
Pricing
Prices listed are per person for tours and per day for vehicle rentals, in US dollars, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Tours may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Vehicle rentals may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations made after these windows may be subject to a fee.
Vehicle Rental Terms
Renters must be at least 23 years of age (25 for luxury vehicles) and hold a valid driver's license. A security deposit is required at pickup and refunded upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to follow guide and driver instructions for safety. Elite Voyage Tours JA reserves the right to end a tour or rental early in cases of unsafe or disruptive behavior, without refund.
Liability
Elite Voyage Tours JA maintains appropriate insurance for all tours and vehicles. Guests participate in physical activities (climbing, swimming, hiking) at their own risk and should disclose any relevant health conditions in advance.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
